Policies

Clear and thoughtful policies are a crucial part of building a robust, responsible and healthy organisation and you can find links to a number of our policies below (including details of where to direct any questions).

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how and why Arts and Minds processes and uses personal information, and how we protect the privacy of all individuals regardless of how the information is stored (paper, electronically, etc.).

Safeguarding Policy

The aim of this policy is to ensure the safety of children, young people and adults accessing Arts and Minds (A&M) activities. The policy lays out the commitments made by A&M, and informs staff and associated personnel of their responsibilities in relation to safeguarding.

Equality & Diversity Policy

Arts and Minds is committed to treating all people equally and with respect, irrespective of their age, gender, race, disability, marital status, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy, maternity, or caring responsibilities. This policy contains information on this topic.

Complaints Procedure

Arts and Minds aims to provide its participants and other stakeholders with a high quality service. If there are circumstances in which our participants feel that the quality or level of service provided falls short of what they could reasonably expect, this document explains the procedure.

Confidentiality Policy

This policy applies to all staff, freelancers, trustees and volunteers of Arts and Minds and makes clear the confidentiality principles that guide us. It is designed to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy.
