What is it?

Our Creative Café is an informal drop-in session that is open to participants of all ages, and we particularly welcome those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression or loneliness to feel more connected with their community.

We run Creative Cafés in collaboration with local arts venues, museums and libraries.

What can I expect?

The Creative Café is a great opportunity to meet new people and flex your creative muscles. However, there are no expectations around participation and you are welcome to participate as much or as little as you wish.

Grab a FREE hot drink or  water whilst you are there!

Is there a cost?

We offer the Creative Café FREE of charge, however we do receive voluntary contributions from participants to support our costs. We believe that cost should never be a barrier to positive mental health, so if a contribution is not feasible for you there is no expectation.
