Research and evidence supporting the power of the arts to transform health and wellbeing is now widely available. Evidence shows that Art reduces stress hormones alleviating anxiety, fostering creativity, self discovery and confidence. Art improves connectiveness to ourselves as we individually navigate our personal wellness journey and with others as we connect in workshops with our shared art making experiences.
